"City Bike Hero" (“the App”) is a casual mobile game. We do not create user accounts and we do not require registration or subscriptions. This policy explains what information is collected, why, and your choices.

Because the App shows ads via Google (AdMob/Google Mobile Ads), certain data is collected automatically to operate the service, show and measure ads, and prevent fraud.
Data categories (via ads SDKs):
IP address – used to derive approximate location (country/region), deliver content, and for fraud prevention.
Device and app info (non-direct identifiers) – such as advertising ID (AAID), device model, OS version, language, screen size, app version, and in-app events related to ads (e.g., impressions, clicks).
Approximate location – inferred from IP for ad delivery and analytics.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, precise (GPS) location, or payment info in the App.

Advertising – to display, cap frequency of, and measure ads; to detect invalid traffic and maintain security.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by your local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We (the developer) do not maintain our own server-side database of the information listed above. Ad partners may retain data for the periods described in their policies to meet legitimate business needs (e.g., fraud prevention, reporting, legal compliance).

Reset or limit ad tracking: On Android, you can reset the Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy on newer Android versions).
Consent choices (EEA/UK): If the App shows a consent prompt, you can update your preferences there.
Device permissions: The App does not request sensitive permissions (e.g., contacts, camera, precise location).
Uninstall: You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App.
